Meet Star, this week’s Wave Waggin’ Wednesday pet available for adoption at Dogwood Animal Shelter. She’s a 7-month-old Chihuahua who is very shy but will accept hugs and cuddles after being held for a while. She’s fine with other dogs but we don’t know how she interacts with kids.
