Meet Bissell! ❤️ She’s a 4-month-old mixed-breed puppy and this week’s Wave Waggin’ Wednesday pet available for adoption at Dogwood Animal Shelter. Bissell came to the shelter as a stray and is friendly, affectionate, and gets along great with the other dogs at the shelter. She’s already spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccinations — now she just needs a family of her own.
