Meet Atlas, this week’s Wave Waggin’ Wednesday pet available for adoption at Dogwood Animal Shelter. He’s a year old border collie mix who has spent his entire life outdoors, so he hasn’t had much exposure to what indoor life is about. He’ll need someone who is patient and can take the time to work with him on basic manners and commands and teach him about boundaries. With the proper care and guidance, this smart and energetic boy will become a wonderful companion!
