Meet Scout and Mona, this week’s Wave Waggin’ Wednesday pets available for adoption at Dogwood Animal Shelter. Scout is an almost 2-year-old Terrier/blue Heeler mix who is spirited and fun loving. This energetic boy loves to run and play and is a graduate of the Puppies for Parole program. Looking for a loyal companion? Scout is waiting to meet you! Meanwhile, Mona is an 8-year-old domestic medium hair cat who came to the shelter when her elderly owner could no longer care for her.
