Meet Care, this week’s Wave Waggin’ Wednesday pet available for adoption at Dogwood Animal Shelter. He’s a terrier mix, about 4 years old who was found running around. He does have a chip but his owners could never be located. While not a lot is known about Care, we know he’s a friendly fellow who loves attention and does well on a leash. Want to meet him?
