Meet Gabby and the cats Rigby and Jasper, this week’s Wave Waggin’ Wednesday pets available for adoption at Dogwood Animal Shelter. Gabby is a 2 year old Plott hound with some physical issues. She arrived with a previously broken and poorly healed back leg, but this doesn’t slow her down. Gabby also has limited vision in one eye, which she manages well. She is an incredibly affectionate dog who seeks attention and flourishes when surrounded by people Still, she’s a truly loving and funny girl who would benefit from a calm and structured home. Meanwhile, Rigby is a senior cat (9 years old) who must be the ONLY cat in the house. The exception to that would be Jasper, who Rigby is very connected to. Rigby is very sweet with people but will go after other cats. It would be great if Rigby and Jasper could be adopted together, but they are available separately as well. Stop by the shelter and meet them in person!
