Say hello to Tippy! This sweet girl is our featured Wave Waggin’ Wednesday pet from Dogwood Animal Shelter. Tippy was found as a stray in Gravois Mills and is now looking for her forever home. She’s an affectionate, nearly 2-year-old Chihuahua/Terrier mix who loves to stay close and keep you company.
