Meet Jaeger and Lucy, this week’s Wave Waggin’ Wednesday pets available for adoption at Dogwood Animal Shelter. Jaeger is a 4-year-old mountain cur mix who was surrendered to the shelter when his family moved and couldn’t take him and his brother with them. He takes a bit to adjust to strangers but once he does, he’s your buddy for life. He’s a Puppies for Parole graduate who enjoys cuddling more than anything else.
Meanwhile, Lucy is a beautiful 3 year old goldendoodle who is housetrained and sociable. She was given up when her owner became ill and could no longer care for her. She gets along well with other dogs and cats and has a cheerful and carefree demeanor.
