Meet Rosie, this week’s Wave Waggin’ Wednesday pet available for adoption at Dogwood Animal Shelter. She’s an almost 1 year old Lab mix who ended up at the shelter when her owner developed health problems. Rosie thrives on affection and enjoys cuddling! She’s still working on her leash skills but is a smart girl and will do fine with someone who is patient and kind.
