Four Missouri residents are among five people being charged in a meth conspiracy case. Javier Rosser, Robert McNair, and Bria Lanier-Richie of Jefferson City, and James Larkins of Columbia, are being charged, along with Shadeed Muhammad of Compton, California.
They are accused of participating in a conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of meth in Cole County from January 2016 to February of 2017.
All five currently remain in federal custody. The first hearing for the local suspects was Thursday afternoon.
